The office is located at Sisu Collective, 544 4th Street in Courtenay. In-person or virtual sessions are typically offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and the occasional Saturday. Virtual sessions are also available on Wednesdays (please do not come to the office if you have a Wednesday appointment).

Steph is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who specializes in trauma healing. Her approach takes into account the interconnectedness between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and somatic experiences. She applies a polyvagal nervous system lens to her work while utilizing a combination of traditional talk therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness-based approaches, reprocessing therapy, and body-oriented techniques to help her clients create lasting change.
